1. How Far In Advance Should You Book The Bus?
In most cases, sooner the better. Fridays & Saturdays book up fast. Also most Holidays. Weddings should be booked a year in advance but call us immediately to check availability.
2. How Many Hours Do You Need To Rent It For?
We offer two rates:
First: ROUND TRIP - (ie: Sunriver to Bend down town and back later that night).
It's up to one hour each way. This way you don't pay for the time in-between.
This applies to all our Charter buses, Limos and party buses.
Second: HOURLY RATE. 4 Hour Minimum, either straight time or it can be split up. ( ie: 3 hour brew tour then drop off downtown and later do last hour going back to original pick up address).
3. What are out of town Charter Bus rental hourly rates?
We will do overnight stays. Food & Lodging will be included in your quote for the driver. Contact us for rates.
4. Can You Have Alcohol On The Bus?
Passengers 21 and over drink may drink at their own discretion. Minors can be on the bus however are not permitted to drink.
The person or company that booked the bus is fully responsible. Bend's Party Bus or Hopkins Enterprise LLC. is not responsible. Drink at your own risk.
5. Can You Smoke Cigarettes On The Bus?
No. Including Vaping. You are not allowed to smoke on the buses. There is an added cost of cleaning a bus that will have the smell of smoke as it often lingers.
6. Can You Eat Or Drink On The Bus?
This is generally permissible on every party bus. But please keep it clean. There have been a few cases where customers where charged for cleaning excess messes from smashing food and trashing the inside with food unnecessarily.
7. What's On The Bus?
Party buses and limos will have: Water bottles, ice, napkins, wine glasses and red solo cups, bluetooth stereo systems and stripper poles. There are no poles on any Charter buses.
